How long will my order take to arrive?

  • For international orders, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days.

Can I return a personalized product?

  • No. Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How will I know my order has shipped?

  • You’ll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include photos of the damage. We’ll replace it or find the best solution for you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Yes, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), in which case we’ll cover the cost.
